Terms & Conditions
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license is required in order to get automatic upgrades for purchased items.
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license, and your item(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your item(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your purchases page.
Support for purchased items is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you require support after one year, you must renew your license or purchase a new license for the item to get support.
If you have problems getting an item to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be considered. Before receiving a refund you must contact our support for help solving issues you may be having. Refunds will not be granted simply because an item is no longer needed or due to a change of mind.
* Bundles are excluded from the 30 day refund guarantee due to the nature of their extreme discounted rate. This is explained further on their individual product pages.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You can cancel the renewal of your plan from your account purchases page at any time before the renewal date.
If you wish to stop your subscription early, you may cancel it by contacting support and requesting a cancellation.
* Refunds are not available for subscriptions.
The “Single Use” license allows the item to be used in one single end product, such as a website for yourself or a client. You must purchase one “Single Use” license for each use of the item.
The “Unlimited” license allows the item to be used in an unlimited number of end products, such as websites for you or your clients. This is a pretty awesome license because if you are a developer and you have lots of clients you can make a single purchase of the “Unlimited” license and use it for as many client project as you need.
The “In Stock” license allows the purchased item to be included in one other product for resale. An example would be including the item in a theme that is being resold on a marketplace. You must purchase one copy of the “In Stock” license for each product to be resold. So, if you’re going to sell three themes from your website and each includes this item, you must purchase one “In Stock” license for each individual theme.
